1. Overview
RthQuick is a multivendor marketplace where independent sellers offer products.
Each vendor manages their own products, but all return requests must be submitted
through the RthQuick system.
2. Return Eligibility
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Product is not as described
- Request made within 3–7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Innerwear, hygiene items, cosmetics
- Customized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital products
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items,
and subject to stock availability.
5. Return Process
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select order and click Request Return/Exchange
- Upload product photos
- Wait for seller approval (1–3 business days)
- Ship product after approval
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or store credit.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- If seller mistake → Seller pays shipping
- If customer changes mind → Customer pays shipping
