How can I pay for an order?
Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. bKash online payment is coming soon; manual mobile-banking and card payments are not currently available.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged once for the whole order: ৳80 inside Chattogram or ৳150 outside Chattogram when the product subtotal is below ৳3,000. Standard delivery is free from ৳3,000 before coupon discounts. Timing varies by destination. Delivery details.
How do returns and refunds work?
Check each item's return eligibility and window. For an eligible delivered order, request a return from the order page and wait for Rthquick's decision before sending the item. Wrong or damaged items, courier responsibility and COD refunds are reviewed by our central team. Returns and refunds guide.
Can my brand join Rthquick?
Tell us about your brand and products using the partnership inquiry form. Our team will review your message; there is no separate vendor dashboard or automatic approval.
